What do you offer at The Posh Savant? We provide professionally designed Canva templates, brand kits, and strategic resources built on the same principles used by top brands. In addition to templates, we offer strategy guidance, consultations, and optional customization services to help you elevate your brand with intention.
Is this just a template shop? No. Templates are our starting point — not the destination. Every resource is designed with strategy in mind to help you build a recognizable, trusted brand. We also offer guidance and services to support you as you grow beyond templates.
Who are these templates for? Our templates are designed for serious entrepreneurs and business owners who want to build a brand — not just launch a business. They are ideal for those looking to establish credibility, consistency, and long-term brand growth.
Can I customize the templates? Yes. All templates are fully customizable in Canva. If you’d prefer a more hands-off experience, our team can also customize templates for you or convert them into platforms like Shopify, Wix, or GoHighLevel for an additional fee.
I purchased a template. Where is my download? Your download link is automatically sent to the email address used at checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to resend it.
How long does support take? Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. We aim to provide thoughtful, helpful responses — not rushed answers.
Do you offer refunds? Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact support and we’ll assist you.
How can I use my purchase? Each template or brand kit purchase includes a single-use license. This means: - One purchase = one business or one client project - Templates may be used for your own business OR one client, not both
Can I use the templates to create my own templates for sale? No. Our templates are for end-use branding only and may not be used to create competing products, template libraries, or downloadable resources.
What happens if these terms are violated? Unauthorized use, resale, or redistribution violates our licensing agreement and may result in revocation of access and legal action.
