By using the Posh Savant interface and its integrated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access the service.

2. Service Description
Posh Savant provides a brand-aligned design and copywriting ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, project management dashboards, automated content generation, and asset delivery systems.

3. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The structure, logic, workflows, and proprietary "Kits" provided by Posh Savant are the exclusive property of Posh Savant.

Your Property: You retain all rights to the raw brand data and original images you upload.

Generated Content: Subject to your separate Commercial Terms of Service, you are granted rights to use the final output generated through our workflows upon successful project completion.

4. User Responsibilities
Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand information (Archetypes, Values, etc.) provided to our system.

Usage: You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Final Review: While our system uses advanced automation to suggest content, you are responsible for the final review and approval of all text and designs before publication.

5. Automated Processing & AI
You acknowledge that Posh Savant utilizes automated processing and generative technologies to facilitate service delivery. While we strive for high-fidelity outputs, we do not guarantee that all generated suggestions will be error-free or fit for a specific purpose without your final oversight.

6. Limitation of Liability
Posh Savant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the reliance on any automated outputs.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
